I think it’s fair to say that we all love Vanessa Hudgens. She seems so down to earth, bubbly and sweet. She was certainly one of my favourite role models as a teenager. I decided to try her resistance workout that was scribed on a website to see if I enjoyed it and would recommend it to you. As you would see in the video, there were some things that I wouldn’t recommend. Please know this obviously wouldn’t be exactly Vanessa’s workout routine.
