Olivia Wilde Sets a 'No [Expletive] Policy' After Shia LaBeouf's Abrupt Departure From Her Film

Olivia Wilde doesn’t want to work with jerks.

During Variety’s “Directors on Directors’ series, Olivia told “Promising Young Woman” director Emerald Fennel that she was given terrible advice from another Hollywood actor and director.

It was her desire to not work with jerks that reportedly led to Shia LaBeouf’s firing from Olivia’s movie, “Don’t Worry Darling.” LaBeouf was replaced by Harry Styles, who Olivia is apparently now dating.
