A FORMER US advisor slammed Meghan Markle for her interview with Ellen DeGeneres and claimed the ‘stunt’ was carried out to make her seem ‘more likeable’ as she ventures into the political sphere.
Former advisor on UK/US relations and fellow of the Bow Group think tank, Lee Cohen believes Meghan Markle’s appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show was carried out to “soften” the public to her political goals. Mr Cohen made reference to the news the Duchess of Sussex privately contacted US senators through their mobile phones to lobby them for family leave in America and was angry at her for using royal titles to try and influence people.
Mr Cohen expressed his displeasure with the news that the Duchess of Sussex privately contacted US senators on their cellphones to lobby for family leave in America, and he was enraged that she was using her royal title to try to sway people.
