New/Sterilized Scissors
Baby Nose Suction

Comfy Birthing/Laboring Clothes (Before/After)

ITEMS AFTER BIRTH

FRUIT
WATER
Aluminum pan (for placenta)
Tucks (if needed to heal if in pain, never need)
Seaweed (to heal natural tears if need, never used)
Tylenol/Ibuprofen (After Birth pain as need, also view natural options online, I used what I could at that time)
Depends (For bleeding, they have some that looks like panties && you cannot see them thru clothes 😍)
Spray bottle/Perineal bottle A.k.a. Peri (To spay to clean area after bathroom)
Compression socks (Prevent blood clots in legs plus helps with swelling, pressure, helps blood flow/circulation && super comfy)

*We might have forgotten a couple of things but it’s pretty basic && simple. But, with all things follow YOUR SPIRIT all of our paths/journeys are INDIVIDUAL ❤

I have been writing poetry since I was a very small girl, so what better way than to tell my story and express myself and pain through the words, that I rather not speak..I learned that Art therapy was a thing during my psych ward visits. I did not realize that I had already been using these healing/coping methods my ENTIRE life BEFORE religion came along and TRIED to rob me of my identity and individuality 🙄. My family and I are back to using these therapies that were NATURAL gifts given to us from the very beginning. Apart of our families life’s mission is to share love, light, positivity, and encourage other to live using their natural talents and passions (being the BEST version of themselves). I encourage people to express ALL emotions even those that society deems “bad” there is no such thing as a “bad” emotion. I had to learn this lesson the hard way so when you feel emotions it’s better out than left within. So, I will from now on go back to living OUT LOUD and UNAPOLOGETICALLY like I once used to. If you like it stay for the ride (you might learn something) and if you do not please make a quiet exit ✌🏾I am an empath BUT I am an Super empath who will not take anyone’s mess so, if you attack me, I swing back. But for those who show love you are appreciated! 💪🏾✔💯
